Our journey

In 2024, Mark started another project in Zug, Switzerland: Open World Residences AG. This initiative focuses on developing software to empower younger generations to start their own resorts with mobile modules via just a few clicks.

Gamified Marketplace

At Open World Residences, we connect landholders with tiny house investors and owners through a gamified marketplace. Landholders list properties and users find matches. Scout Ambassadors identify unlisted properties and earn commissions for successful placements, promoting location discovery and sustainable housing solutions.

Tokenization

Invest in tiny homes through blockchain for accessibility and profit. Cubee projects, tokenized with Blocksquare, integrate into DeFi protocols for staking and swapping. Trade cubee homes on Blocksquare, enabling buying, selling, staking, and earning rental income, enhancing investment opportunities.

Affordable Booking

Our booking software charges a 7% service fee, much lower than e.g. Airbnb and Booking.com. We allocate 2% of this fee to charity, blending affordability with social responsibility. This benefits users financially and supports meaningful causes, making every tiny house stay a step towards positive change. We will inform from September onwards exactly where these 2% go to.

Supportive AI

Open World Residences uses AI to optimize the placement of coodos and cubees, identifying ideal sites like urban rooftops for lightweight coodos made with Portuguese cork. This ensures zoning and environmental compliance, opening new spaces for sustainable, efficient urban living. Think global, use local resources, and embrace smart, eco-friendly habitats with our AI-optimized solutions.

We at LTG Lofts to go, want to set an example by constructively exerting an influence on society, that eco- logical and sustainability demands are not contradictory to design and comfort, rather they can be connected harmonically through innovation.

Oliver J Litten

Brand and Communication

Oliver J. Litten is a freelance brand development expert. He supports coodo mainly in communication development and brand partner integration.

He is a passionate member of the coodo movement and is interested in bringing the right brands into the game at LTG Lofts to go Head office in Hamburg.. Setting up ideas for coodo resorts in Germany, Europe and worldwide together with management of super brands is his main focus in order to accelerate sales for LTG and associated partners.

João Paulo is passionate about Conceptual Architecture, Design and Business Strategy.

Working for a company that respects the brand’s values, details and conceptual design is something really exciting, so he is delighted to be part of the LTG Lofts to go family. His work has always been guided by Design, Sustainability and Technology.
